Redeeming your vouchers
After purchasing our workshop gift vouchers you will receive an email confirmation with your unique voucher serial numbers. Your printed vouchers will arrive within a few days in the post. Just check the list of published workshops, or get in touch to arrange which day you would like to book in. Have your vouchers handy when calling, hope to see you soon.
Summary and terms
Voucher terms: Workshop Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Be sure to redeem your voucher before the date specified on your voucher, as we unfortunately cannot offer refunds on invalid vouchers.
Workshops run for a maximum of two students only. Please note that when redeeming a single non-private tuition voucher, availability for dates may be limited. We try to accomodate as closely to your needs as possible, but in order to run our class we require a full roster of two students.
In extreme circumstances, Omerta Jewellery may offer an upgrade to private tuition without charge solely at their discretion.
